Gregg Green is the founder and CEO of VNYX, Inc. and DMS/Plus Automation, Inc. Gregg has over 30 years of experience in information system (IS) and software design, development, and management.

As a result of many years of hard work and continuous study, Gregg has taken the idea of an "operating system designed for business applications" and turned that idea into a very successful and thriving technology business today.

DMS/Plus Automation, Inc.
DMS/Plus Automation was created in 1984 as a database and systems management company. Within one year, a proprietary database operations software, known as DMS, was in development. DMS operating systems were used by many companies throughout the 80's and 90's.

One successful example was the "Singlecopy System", used by newsprint companies to help manage distribution of thousands of newpapers daily. Another DMS system was developed for telcom companies. The "CDR System" imported and manipulated call detail records (CDRs) to generate call and commission information for over 400 agencies nationwide.

Today many of the DMS systems are still in use and the core DMS software is also used as part of the VNYX operating system.

VNYX, Inc,
With the growth of the Internet, DMS/Plus began to develop database application solutions by incorporating the design of DMS into a web based system. In 2002, VNYX, Inc. and the VNYX Macro Operating System (VMOS) was established as the next generation of DMS software.

Initially, VMOS was used primarily as a system enhancement tool that integrated with the DMS database information to provide users with comprehensive online reporting. In 2004, VMOS was upgraded for web based data entry to expand the capabilities of new applications that were under development.

Today, VNYX online software and applications are used for reporting and database management by various industries including a "Condo/Hotel Reservation System", a "Franchise Management System" and a "Telecom Auditing System". VNYX continues to upgrade its current operating system features and is also developing a new website software with content management functions.
