Three Phase Process:

 

Evaluation & Planning
The first phase involves analyzing current telecom status and establishing a solid long-term telecommunications plan. ?
* Consultation: Current telecom expenses and long term goals are reviewed. The top priority of the initial review is understanding the digital technology needs for the future. ? * Cost Analysis: A matrix of the customers recent voice, data, and internet expenditures is created. These expenses are analyzed and compared against the cost of similar competitive services. ? * Vendors: Current vendors’ contractual obligations are reviewed. Improvements through upgraded or bundled service with the current providers are evaluated. Alternate vendor options are also studied for comparable services. ? * Infrastructure: Individual and multi-location telecom network configurations are analyzed. The goal is to maximize efficiency based on hardware, network and bandwidth needs. ? * Proposal: A three year “Telecom Plan” is submitted which highlights cost savings, vendor recommendations and an infrastructure evaluation.?

Implementation
This phase will put the “Telecom Plan” into action.

* Negotiation: Revised or new telecom vendor agreements are negotiated and executed. Our experienced staff understands how to leverage vendors to get the best results for their customers. ? * Equipment: Telecom hardware and software upgrades are added as required. We have long standing relations with telecom vendors that specialize in equipment surveys, installation and management. * Cutovers: New telecom services are scheduled. Coordination with local vendors and providers are very important; cutovers must be professionally managed to prevent any interruption to the customers normal operations. * Quality Control: Performance, issues, revenue, expenses, and all other telecom related aspects of service are monitored on a daily basis to ensure expectations are met.

Management
This phase involves the ongoing management of the account.

* Reports: Comprehensive monthly reports are available on-line through the Telecom Auditor system. Data is imported into the management system by way of manual entry or FTP. The Telecom Auditor includes all information needed for a customer to effectively manage its telecom expenses. * Support: 24 hour support is maintained through a direct emergency contact number along with customer service and tech support options. On-line trouble ticket tracking is also available. * Service Review: The bi-annual “Telecom Service Review” is a comprehensive review of the customers’ current telecom status and an update on the progression of the “Telecom Plan”.
