Kim Paolini

20 years telecom experience
Mrs. Paolini has been working in the telecom industry since the early 80's. Her expertise covers all aspects of telecommunications, including auditing, consulting and management for the hospitality and restaurant industries.

She established PSP Consulting, Inc. in 2004, which is actively involved in the development and marketing of the VNYX Telecom Auditor system. PSP also has established relationships with most major telecom providers to offer local, data, and internet products and services.

Cean Irvin

21 years telecom experience
Mrs. Irvin began her telecom career with TelecomUSA in 1987. While at TelecomUSA, her duties included customer service, provisioning, auditing, and call center operations. In 1992, MCI acquired the TelecomUSA Operator Service facility. After the merger, Mrs. Irvin's responsibilities included pay phone management and implementing a zero-plus agent program for Hosptials and Hotels.

In 1993, Mrs. Irvin was involved in the formation of Integrated Communications Corporation (ICC) where she developed and managed the ICC Customer Service Center for over ten years. Her staff assisted over 200 active agents with daily service issues involving operator services, debt cards, one-plus long distance, and local services.

In August 2006, Mrs. Irvin left ICC to form her own consulting and customer service company, M.B.C. Upstate Inc.

Todd Harrison

14 years telecom experience
Beginning in 1995, Mr. Harrison spent ten years with Integrated Communications Corporation (ICC), a full-service communications provider for the Hospitality Industry. During his tenure with ICC, he served in multiple key management and operational positions, including oversight of customer data processing and reporting, project management, and sales. At its peak, ICC was recognized as the national leader in agent based one-plus and zero-plus sales and grew to revenues in excess of $30M per year.

He became a partner in Zoom Technologies in 2002, and served as VP of Operations and on the Board of Directors through 2006. Zoom specialized as an outsource provider for 411 directory assistance and operator services for hotel management companies.

In 2006, Mr. Harrison formed Client Outsource Solutions, Inc. (COS) and currently serves as its sole owner and President. Infolink
