Paetec Communications and 1-800-Faircall are two examples of clients that use the CDR management system. Multi-level reporting is available for Corporate, Account Manager, and Locations to access monthly call and commission reports. VNYX has processed over 30 million call records since 1999 and continues the relationship today.
Paetec
Since 2002, VNYX has provided an operator services (OS) web portal for Paetec Communications. Administrators, account managers, and locations can access monthly call records, commission and trend reports, and sales and marketing material via a secure network. Paetec has over 10,000 active OS locations and over 50,000 active ANIs.
