Telecom Software
VNYX Telecom Software offers custom processing and reporting systems designed for large call detail record (CDR) management applications. Paetec Communications and 1-800-Faircall are two examples of clients that use the CDR management system. Multi-level reporting is available for corporate, account manager, and locations to access monthly call and commission reports. VNYX has processed over 30 million call records since 1999 and continues the relationship today.
