IMAP Settings

  • Server: mail.vnyx.net
  • Security Setting: SSL
  • Port: 993
  • Secure Connection: no
  • Username: your email address
  • Password: your email password

SMTP Settings

  • Server: mail.vnyx.net
  • Security Setting: SSL
  • Port: 465
  • Secure Connection: no
  • SMTP Authentication: yes
  • Username: your email address
  • Password: your email password

iPhone Setup

  • Under Settings choose Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  • Use the same settings under IMAP Settings (above)
  • In the IMAP account, choose Advanced, turn on SSL, Authentication should be Password, Server Port is 993
  • In the SMTP account, turn on SSL, Authentication is Password, Port is 465

iPhone Troubleshooting

  • It has been reported selecting Password does not work. If this happend, choose NTLM, go back one screen, then select Password. It appears to be a sporadic problem.
  • Changing the SMTP server may not work. To resolve, remove all IMAP accounts, then add again.

Web Mail

Login to the general web mail system at mailw.com where you can use your email address to login. In some cases you can login to your own companies mail system by trying mail.your-company-domain, in which case you would not have to enter the @domain part of your email address when you login.
